Is there anyone besides me who actually sometimes likes being triggered?

I was thinking being triggered into strong emotions, such as depression, anger, loneliness, or withdrawal, but I dunno if that's what you're thinking.

Oh now I get it
It occurs to me that I am completely outside of your circle of.. well, being. That my confusion from your question does not arise from your failure to pose a full question, but from the fact that you are in a niche that I have no experience with. I am sure my previous question sounded odd to you. To me your original question would be the same as you asking "Do you enjoy being ajudicated (juxtaposed/orbited/banana)?" Basically any random word would suffice.

Re: Oh now I get it
well, people with disorders, or who have had a traumatic life experience, are sometimes jolted back into strong feelings or memories of the incident by some outside source. you said banana, so i will use it as an example. Say someone shot your mom while eating a banana, and you saw the whole thing. A few years go by and you never really pay attention to bananas or anything, but then one day, your teacher picks up a banana in class. He starts eating it. Something about the way he holds it makes you remember how terrible it was seeing your mom die, and how awful everything was, and it jolts you deep into a state of sadness, depression, or eagerness to change something, do something, fix something.

yay! i finally explained it.

I do sometimes - not exactly "enjoying" it the way I'd enjoy candy or a sunset, but having it make me feel complete somehow, connected to my past and more passionate and able to do creative work.
